When does the mentoring period begin?
Your mentoring period begins immediately after enrollment and continues through your specified number of transactions (5 for team members, 10 for non-team members).
What if I don't close a deal right away?
There's no time limit on the mentoring period. Whether it takes 3 months or 12 months to complete your transactions, your mentor will be there to support you throughout the journey.
What happens to my network access after the mentoring program?
Mentoring program members receive a discounted membership rate to continue accessing the BadAsh Broker Network, tools, and resources. Your enrollment includes 6 months of network access, after which you'll have the option to continue at a preferred member rate.
Who will be my mentor?
Mentors are assigned based on your market, specialization, and goals. All mentors are experienced professionals with proven track records in real estate.
What happens after my mentored transactions are complete?
After completing your mentored transactions, you'll continue to have access to the network during your included 6-month period. The formal commission-sharing arrangement ends, but mentorship relationships and resources remain available through your active membership.
Is there an ongoing membership fee?
After your included 6 months, continued access to the BadAsh Broker Network, AI tools, calculators, and resources requires an active membership. Mentoring program graduates receive preferred pricing. If membership lapses, you can rejoin at standard membership rates.
